Tasting Notes

  • Nose – The nose is really pleasant, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. This smells exactly like what I think a bourbon should smell like.

  • Palate – Here’s where this pour loses me a little. For being Bottled in Bond, I mostly taste spice and alcohol. The initial sip can be a bit overwhelming on the palate.

  • Finish – The finish is long and lingering, with notes of tobacco and cinnamon.

  • Overall – This is a solid pour. While nothing really stands out, it’s one I don’t mind sipping on as a daily go-to.
